topic when updating content in Alfresco Archive

let's say that we have two contents contentX and contentY.

I added a policy when updating contentX it will update the contentY..

On workdesk I couldn't see the changes on the contentY until re-login!! Unlike Alfresco which view the updated properties directly..

It seems like a CMIS caching on Workdesk or some thing like this..

Is there a way to avoid this??

Hi fararjeh,

Issue seems to be the preview properties view of an efile being not updated while the properties are updated in the background by policy. I created an internal enhancement request JIRA and will let you know how to proceed as soon as ENgineering/Product Management felt a decision.

In the meanwhile you can use the master plugin recent list and click on an entry there to refresh the preview properties view.

Best regards,
deko
