      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It depends upon your cifs client.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; As far as I know windows explorer does not provide an option to rename rather than overwrite.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Other cifs clients like robocopy might have the level of control that you want.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
