Alfresco does Records Management and Document Management. The user experience speaks for itself. You can download Alfresco for free and give it a try.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has been a while since this was first posted. Hopefully by now you've given it a try and you've gotten your questions answered.
