This means that when you make a post, there is a small chance that it may be stuck in an unpublished state. This is an issue that will hopefully be fixed in the near future. For the time being, the only solution to this is manual moderation. I'm unsure as to what is causing this issue, but I will be following up with IT to find a solution.
