Hi Krups,

I would like to reinforce your question, extending the scope to the general case of the workflow initiator who wants to know the progress status of the process: I would expect that the initiar (who I consider the owner of the workflow) should always be able to look at the workflow status and to eventually assign it to a different user. Futhermore I would expect an administrator to be able to intervene on a started workflow, ending it when necessary.

The issue I see is that only the assignee can see the workflow status, because he/she has right to edit the current task.

If I started a workflow, how can I know where it is stuck at the moment?

Does anyone have experienced how to give an improved control to the user?

Thank you.
Carlo Giuliano

Hi All,I have got question about workflow permission.I have got workflow already started and running by one site Collaborator. Now the person who has assigned the task to review, has not responded since long.Is it possible that site manager can edit the task and can approve so workflow can move ahead
