      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for your response. after having read thru docs i think the approach is get different sites for different purposes. in our case the documents are not private, what could be private is like tasks, workflows, some notes etc. and i think ihave to create multiple sites, one for personal use of the team and one for common use of both teams where information can be shared.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Currently you can secure folders and documents however you see fit. So you might have two sites and within each site you might have an "Internal" folder or something that is only accessible by that particular team. You can achieve this by setting the permissions on the folder appropriately.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But workflows are not private. So the list of workflows you see when you start a workflow is global. Tasks can only be seen by the person or group they are assigned to. If you want to make workflows private you will have to do some customizations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeff&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
