Looks like your MySQL driver is missing. Make sure you have put the MySQL connector Jar in tomcat/lib.

I met same problem with Oracle 11g using ojdbc5 & orai18n, declaring Oracle9Dialect for hibernate in global properties, trying retrying and googling: it seems it was a known issue on linux 64bit installer fixed with 201602-GA rel...but I met it with both 201605-GA and 201611-EA, also overriding install with .zip of 201605-GA rel.

I'm going very stuck & angry & tired...I worked (fine) for 3 years with ENterprise One...could someone help me please???

Alfresco Community does not support Oracle.

That will not work at all, unless you do all the hard work to implement the persistence layer for it.
