Does it match the user name to 100%? I have never seen any issues with cm&lt;img id="smileysurprised" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysurprised" src="https://connect.hyland.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.png" alt="Smiley Surprised" title="Smiley Surprised" /&gt;wner "not working" in any Alfresco version, so my initial guess would be on some kind of mismatch / incorrect value application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
