Win7 first run /alfresco error 404

I installed Alfresco 4.2c (easy install) on win7 without a problem. When I want to open /alfresco for the first time it produce 404 error.The log file below mentions C:\Alfresco\tomcat\temp\Alfresco\AlfrescoSchema-PostgreSQLDialect-Update-1427720692076481320.sql file, which is not present. alfresco.

Hello,

The error 404 means that the content deosn't exist, so try to verify that your PostgreSql service is run and tomcat service is running too.

I'm not a Tomcat expert, but I think it is 404 cause of the error. Tomcat is running (/share is available), postgres running (connected with nother client). Also in the log it say connecting and there is no error in connection with that after it.
