      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Without knowing much about Records Management, maintaining documents in a pure Alfresco Cloud setup is currently a challenge as there is no way to easily move/delete/copy files based on any particular criteria. There is also no current way to control the version history of documents, which I regard as part of the records management too.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to see the ability to move/delete/copy files based on a search criteria, both Network and Site specific, as well as the ability to move/delete/copy particular versions of files.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
