Forms - Confirmation emails

Hi there, my developer is on leave, and I have an issue with a form, the incorrect reply email address was used, is there anyway to find out who the confirmation emails where sent to, so that I can contact them to fill out the form again?thanks very much

Can you please provide more information? What do you mean by - incorrect reply email address was used? Please elaborate more on what is your scenario.

Under email form, you put a recipient email, this is where my user put the wrong address, this has now been corrected. What I want to know is if I can find what confirmation emails where sent, prior to the email being corrected. This form is being used for a submissions, and we need to find out who has made a submission.
