I am running this on a Windows 2k8 r2 box. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Sometimes (happens randomly) when secuirty patches are pushed to the machine while tomcat7 is running with alfresco. The following files disapear, and the service can no longer be started. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>tcnative-1.dll</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>tomcat7.exe</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>Win32NetBIOSx64.dll</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>commons-daemon.jar</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>bootstrap.jar</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>We are using the windows installer for alfresco to make the service. However when i look in catalina.bat &amp; service.bat i see many environmental variables that are not set that these bat file uses. Some of these include:</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>CATALINA_HOME</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>JRE_HOME</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Please let me know if you guys have seen the issue in the past.
