As with any data migration exercise the first task is analysis of what you have and what you want to keep.

Then you can look at tools that may meet your requirements.

Sorry to not directly answer your question but some more context is required.

My requirement is to export latest UCM content(including all revisions) and metadata to Alfresco (Community edition). Could you please list me some tools so that I can analyse them for UCM migration.

Both UCM and Alfresco have import / export to XML. That could be your first thing to look at.

You can probably get UCM to produce data in the right format for alfresco. Or run some sort of transformation tool.
