We have two groups : HighUsers and LowUsers .
Low Userss have the right to SEARCH through all the documents in repository but to READ only what where they have right credentials to read . For other documents searched and founded , they have to ASK PERMISSION from HighUsers group or Admin to gain acces to that documents.
Is this possible in Alfresco ?

You will be able to re-configure (break) the alfresco search security but in general out of the box you can only search and find those documents you can read.

So your low users will never find any documents that they don't have permission to read.

Perhaps a cleaner way to manage your requirement would be to publish some sort of freely available synopsis of the secure content.

Thank you for your answer . I think this is the easiest and secure approach .
I will find a way to publish this content to be freely available to all users .
But ,How can be retrieved this content ? I have the admin rights .
Are there already some tools to do this ?
Or maybe a link to some theory or manual ?
Thank you for your implication !

Should I close this thread and open another ?

Do your Low Users just have the right to search in properties or have the right to search both in properties and in its content?
If it is the former one
I think you can made a custom permission group that has ReadProperties and ReadChildren permission (but not ReadContent). Then the user can see the document but cannot view the content
