Cut & Copy Buttons not working

New installation of Alfresco Community 5.1.0.When editing a Discussion, the Cut and Copy commands from the drop down menu aren't working. Control+C & Control+X keyboard commands work, but not when you click on "Copy" or "Cut". Strangely, the "Paste" command does work (as does Control+P).Not a hu

Seems a TinyMCE related issue:


Your browser doesn't support direct access to the clipboard. Please use the ⌘+X/C/V keyboard shortcuts instead.

Maybe you can raise an issue at System Dashboard - Alfresco JIRA

Anyway, Discussion is a component rarely used in Alfresco Sites.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your quick response, it saved me looking deeper into the issue on my end.

Is a bit dismissive of my issue, don’t you think?

Granted, this is a community supported project, but if my reply to a customer was, “nobody cares about that feature but you”, I think I would be out of a job pretty quickly. Maybe you haven’t seen many people use discussions, but my users employ them extensively. The problem also exists in Wikis and Blogs, are they also not used much?
