On each of the server, do you have same content model or each of them are having different content model altogether?

If you are intending to combine multiple servers to a single one then there are couple of things to consider.
1. Users and group migration (it may possible that a same user exists on multiple alfresco server, while moving to a single server, duplication should be avoided. Similarly for Group as well)
2. Migrate the content to a single instance.
Per my understanding, with the earlier version of Alfresco, Alfresco export/import tools can help achieve this. There would be some bit of customization required to it however. You can explore about export/import tools further if you can use them for the recent version of Alfresco.
If you are using enterprise edition, it would be a good idea to contact alfresco support to progress in a step-by-step effective way.

Hope this helps.
