You can group all the common records in to a 'Record Folder' –&amp;gt; give it some meaningful name and make it go through a common Disposition cycle.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. You can link records together with the options available in "References" link (at the records details page).
