The problem was that I was allowing only admins access to repository, but since we're keeping most docs on shared site I had to enable default search in repository somewhere earlier. Since folders, when clicked, produce URLs relative to repository (and not /Company Home/Shared/ ) there is no other way to forbid users to just open repository via URL (regardless of access rights). Files seem to be working fine, but folders are a problem. That is, if a user searches for anything, and clicks a file that seems fine, but if he clicks a folder then he gets logged out immediately.
