    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Fresh installation of alfresco 4.2.d on CentOS fails. alfresco.log is attached&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue has been asked many times on the forum and the problem seems to be related to host name resolution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that's the case, what should I expect after changing my /etc/hosts file?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Restarting alfresco does absolutely nothing, the error is just logged once after the installation is complete and never again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I fixed it. and yes I had to reinstall just because I had an incorrect IP address in my /etc/hosts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In my opinion lack of proper documentation is the root cause.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;how am I supposed to know that my test VM needs to have a FQDN prior to installation?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
