All of a sudden my category manager shows this in share JavaException: org.alfresco.repo.search.impl.lucene.LuceneQueryParserException: 11230031 Request failed 500 /solr/alfresco/alfresco?wt=json&fl=DBID%2Cscore&rows=1000&df=TEXT&start=0&locale=en_US&alternativeDic=DEFAULT

That definitely seems to be a corrupt SOLR index problem. Can you please let us know what steps you took for reindexing the SOLR indexes?

I had a similar issue and I fixed it performing the a reindex of SOLR by following the steps in this link, http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/solr-reindex.html :

Delete the files in the directories C:\Alfresco50d\alf_data\solr4\index\workspace\SpacesStore\index and C:\Alfresco50d\alf_data\solr4\index\archive\SpacesStore\index
Delete all the files in C:\Alfresco50d\alf_data\solr4\model
