similarly as reported in this topic https://forums.alfresco.com/comment/81819#comment-81819 you should write

properties.put("cm:description", "flowid");‍

It seems that there's still the same error

Property 'cm:description' is not valid for this type or one of the secondary types!‍

when I write
<java>properties.put("cm:description", "flowid");</java>
