    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm new to Alfresco, just got our system this week (yeah) and I'm having issues with the cloud sync (boo).&amp;nbsp; Here's the gig…we just installed Alfresco (Alfresco consulting completed the installation), yet we had to setup the Cloud sync ourselves.&amp;nbsp; We have an Enterprise license type (v4.2).&amp;nbsp; According to our License page (Admin Console -&amp;gt; General -&amp;gt; License) Cloud Sync is enabled.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Initially, we didn't see any sync capabilities in our on premise installation of Alfresco.&amp;nbsp; We then changed some of the alfresco-global.properties - parameters are below - restarted the system and then we saw Cloud Sync capabilities in the Shared Files area (Synced Content, Synced with Errors):&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;#alf 4.1 cloud sync&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sync.pullJob.enabled=true&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sync.pushJob.enabled=true&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sync-mode=ON_PREMISE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sync.mode=ON_PREMISE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sync.cloud.url=&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://a.alfresco.me/alfresco/a/{network}/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://a.alfresco.me/alfresco/a/{network}/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've seen documentation regarding sync-mode and sync.mode…needless to say, we just tossed in both, the sync.mode I believe was the correct parameter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I attempted a sync on a shared file and now I see the file has a sync pending, but that's it.&amp;nbsp; It's been pending for about 24 hours now, and I'm not sure what's missing.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help would be much appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know where I've gone astray.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Alex&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please call alfresco support.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Config looks O.K.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But did you actually get set up with sync.mode=OFF&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you also got audit turned off?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What sort of network do you have on cloud?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are here any error messages on your "pending" node?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did you set up a cloud account and select a destination folder on the cloud network?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
