All the conditions mentioned over there are bind to repository policies and behavior is bind to repository services which will help to capture those events and invoke certain operations. Now document printing does not going to use any of alfresco services so it is not aware about that even that means it does not fit in to this one. For any of the event which uses alfresco services and APIs you will be able to bind with those actions.
