      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This service(/alfresco/service/api/metadata/) is node metadata retrieval service as far as I know and as per description of that webscript.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So, it will just return metadata of existing node. It can not be used to reset metadata.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
