This is possible with Alfresco's embedded Activiti workflow engine, but the easiest way to meet these goals is to use the Alfresco Records Management module and configure a disposition schedule that meets your needs.

I did'n understand if it is possible for the system to automatically capture (to record) ours pdf's while they are being generated.
what standarts/specifications (Moreq, Dod) does the RM certify?
so is it mandatory to get installed Alfresco One besides Alfresco RM?
how i can get the prices of the RM?

It is possible for Alfresco to automatically create records from PDFs that are generated in the system or imported into the system. Alfresco can also integrate with document capture systems like Kofax and Ephesoft to import PDFs of scanned physical documents.

The Alfresco RM module has been certified against the US DoD 5015.2 specification. I believe that we are in the process of getting certified against MoReq, but I don't know where exactly we are in that process. Our records management module is flexible enough to be configured in a way that complies with various standards around the globe.
