Very strange. Especially as alfresco does not support symbolic links at all. First step is to see what "unison" is doing and then raise a JIRA with as much detail as possible.

Yes it is very strange. More over, it is not specific to unison, when I mount alfresco nfs and I do a "ls", I have same behavior.

Is here someone else who use nfs connector with a directory containing more than 120 files ?

I want to be sure it's not a problem of configuration before opening an issu.
