Alfresco Performance issue

Hi,I am using default Alfresco 4.2.c community(32 bit) with JVM 1024k max. It went well but now-a-days, It is throwing the below error in alfresco log frequently. I'm amazed it runs in so little ram!

IIRC one of the activities queries causes MySQL some trouble, should be fixed now, however I note that you are running PostgreSQL. No hum.

Actually 1024Mb RAM (Sorry I did typo error)… I am using the default DB postgreSQL..
How can i identify that activity query and fix. Need your guidence

Hi,

I am still getting this error frequently, I was unable to increase the JVM, more than 1024M in 32 bit. If i increase, Tomcat is not starting…

So if i move to 32 bit to 64, Does it solve my problem? (or) I have to look other Application.

You should probably upgrade to the latest version. Its a known and fixed issue. And if you have the choice then you should be running 64 bit.

Yes, moving to 64 bit would help if that is because of JVM heap size but It should work with 32 bit as I am running it successfully in my local. I don't think this is the issue with JVM space.
How you are trying increase the JVM space?

Thanks for the response.

As suggested, First I will upgrade 4.2c to 4.2e by this weekend and get back to you on this with good update.

I have increased the JVM space in regedit.(Changed from 768M to 1024M), It is reflecting in the LOG also at the time of starting.

Hi,

I have moved Alfresco 32 bit to 64 bit, Increased the JVM also to 2 GB. It looks fine in performance.

Problem :

when I delete document, It goes to trash. But I unable to delete in Trash/(Trashcan empty). It throughing the error. It found 2 nodes.
So i don't know how to proceed it.

Seeking the guidance.
