Share dashlet

Hi,i wanna create two dashlets in alfresco share :1. workflow dashlet wich start a nonconformity workflow and list all completed nonconformity workflow 2. my-space dashlets wich display user repository.(like : alfresco myspace portlets)i wonder how to create these dashlets plz help .
