I upgraded Alfresco recently and noticed that Document Library under /share does not work for any site anymore.I can browse the document library for each site through Webdav and through /alfresco without problems. Some update on the problem, when I open document library I see following errors with Firefox developer console.

After that when I click on anything in the menu left e.g. Documents -> mko or All Document nothing happens at all -> no entries gets written into web console.

Any suggestions what could be the problem or how to troubleshoot this further?

Upgrading further to 4.2.c fixed the problem.
During upgrade I was required to run this "hotfix"

update alf_node_properties set list_index = -1 where qname_id = (select id from alf_qname where local_name = 'versionEdition');
