    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disposition schedules can only be applied to categories, but a category can have category below it, so if you wanted a single top level category to contain records subjected to different schedules, then you could model that as:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Top Category&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; - sub category 1 &amp;lt;- disposition schedule here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; - folder 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; - sub category 2 &amp;lt;- different schedule here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; - folder 2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
