You can directly upload the images into repository without saving it into your hard drive.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You have to create file object with your image url like&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;File file = new File("your image url");&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;from file object you get get InputStream and save this stream into repository through Alfresco content services.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nazakat&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
