If you're not using the WCM Quick Start module, you could always try uninstalling it?

From the Exception, I'd guess that someone had a play with WCMQS and tried setting something up, but entered some duff values…

Hi,

It has been few months since the last message, thank you nonetheless !
We solved the problem without uninstalling WCM quickstart. However we are now interested in removing WCMQS. I read somewhere that the "uninstall" command of mmt was not available before alfresco 4.2
How could we uninstall it in alfresco 4.0 ?

Actually I recently got to the same problem, and I spent on this issue two days already - in vain.

From my experience, I can say that if a problem cannot be solved for that long, it is either the simplest ever, or the hardest that one should forget about it.

Could you please share how you solved this issue with transfer?
