      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you create related files,place it under web-extension under proper folder structure and refresh webscipts from webscript console you will be able to see that new dashlet without restart.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
