Two things you need to make sure

1) the webscript you are calling is listed in the webscripts list and you are calling it through proper url.(You can check that by going to webscript console page)

2) In line
   Object objectId = getDocument("csuite");
   this getDocument() method is defined where?
   also are you sure you are getting proper noderef?
