Site activation accept link not working

Hi All, I created a private site and invite the users to the site,it show the success notification for sending the invitation and i receive the site invitation mail but i click the accept link it automatically goes to the guest url for accept and its gets error or it will redirect to the respectiv

By default when you logged in It opensup User Dashboard page. So if you check to available sites list in user home page(drop down on top) it should be visible. If not visible then there is some problem any errors in logs?

The active site list is shown only in the site admin dashlet,while i searching from the user login it can't be displayed,also when i click the activation link its shows that the respective site is not exist,please find the attachment

What is the type of site you have selected while creating in it?Public or private? And as I have asked earlier any errors in log?
You URL is of dashboard page of sample1 site but you are getting already like "sample1 does not exist" right?

Yes that is the problem ,I have seen the user in the site members list but the users didn't have the permission for that site.it shows that the "The current user does not have permissions to modify the membership details of the site"
It is private site but i have checked with both private site and public site (with moderate site membership).Here i attached my error log,
