      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you on a domain or workgroup? If you're on a domain, login as the local administrator (not the domain administrator), you should have no problems installing then. x64 takes a little more effort than the x32, but still do-able.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
