If you are using smpts protocol you should download certificate from the remote SMTP server and install it.
1.download certificate
openssl s_client -connect smtp.gmail.com:465 -starttls smtp >gmail-smtp.cer.(you are using windows ,you can install cygwin then install openssl)
2.install certificate
sudo keytool -import -alias smtp.gmail.com -file gmail-smtp.cer -keystore [java_home]/lib/security/jssecacerts.

Also I have noticed in your logs it shows that alfresco is trying to send test mail to this id
xxxx@aol.com
Check out where you have used this mail Id. Try replacing it with valid GmailId.
