I was able to reproduce your issue. No idea what's going on. With IE 11 under certain network connection it worked, but when using another network connection it doesn't.

I did not find issues on Jira related.

I'm facing the same error when try donwload file from a shared link on IE 11.

Does any one knows how can I fix it?

Hi Everyone, I see there's no answer here. Did anyone make any progress with this issue? I'm still seeing this in Community v5.0d. Anyone tried Community v201604? I'm wondering if upgrading will help.
