hi mates, assuming i have 2 public moderated sites and 1 private site in alfresco and i DONT WANT the private (and if possible the moderated public sites) site shown via webdav for users NOT ALLOWED to access the site.. any ideas?

Hello,

the private site should already not be visible to users that are not members of the site (not allowed to access it). You can't hide public moderated sites in WebDAV for non-members only unless you remove all permissions that allow non-members to see the site in Share as well (effectively making the site private).

using a alfresco user which is not a member of the private site i can see the documentlibrary including sub folders and files of private sites using webdav.

the user is not a member of the site, so whats wrong??? alfresco is installed out of the box without any changes.

if the user is not a member of the private site, you can not even see it in research result
