    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi all,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've just migrated from 4.0.e to 4.2.b (both Ubuntu 12.04) and have observed the following problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Client: Mac OS X 10.7.5 and Microsoft Word for Mac 2011&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Select a .doc/x, .xls/x, .ppt/x document in a Share site, and then select Edit Online feature.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;MS Word throws this error: "Access to this webserver is disabled by default because it is controlled by Basic Authentication and does not support Secure Socket Layer (SSL)."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Edit Online fails.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'll test this on a Win7/Office2010 PC client when I get a chance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm trying to find information on the URL that Share uses for this feature to see if my ports and protocol settings are correct.&amp;nbsp; I haven't seen anything in catalina.out or alfresco.log to give me a hint.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone what this problem could be?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Axel,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did come across something like this for Office for Mac 2011 (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2498069" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2498069&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This still does not work as Word for Mac 2011 throws this error:&amp;nbsp; "You do not have permission to complete the task."&amp;nbsp; I can't find much from Microsoft on this error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, this isn't an ideal solution as I would like an SSL connection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas on the error?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cheers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
