Hello,

the principal and secret / password configured for LDAP synchronization appears to be incorrect. Check your LDAP properties in alfresco-global.properties (if not managed in the subsystem location). You may also check if you use the correct authentication method for ldap.synchronization.java.naming.security.authentication.

principal and secret / password configured for LDAP synchronization was correct.
After lots of trouble shooting , I found out that the problem was because of syscncronization, I gave the syscronization value equal to false and now I am not getting any error
