Hi,Is it possible to run standalone JLAN server (outside of alfresco) since without running tomcat/other features of Alfresco. Essentially, we want to use JLAN server and use it pass through to move the files from to a different store.

yes. JLAN is built to be standalone as well as embedded.

Many thanks for prompt response… could you please point me to the docs on how to configure/launch it stand alone ? The only docs I dould locate was at:

"svn.alfresco.com/...jlan/.../JLAN_Server_Installation_Guide.pdf" but it appears to be dated.
