Do you like the user interface that Alfresco Share provides? It meets all of these requirements.

However, if you need a completely custom user interface, you should build a custom web application and use Alfresco as the repository for your file-based content. You can do this from scratch, using Web Quick Start as a starting point, Drupal, Liferay, or some other front-end, or solutions from partners such as Rivet Logic's Crafter.

Many thanks for your reply.

We are using Grails web application to interact with Alfresco to meet our requirement as suggested by you since we want to use our user interface.
