So, if you set up something that happens on the repository tier, like a rule action or a scheduled action, it will work regardless of how you are managing the content (Share vs. Explorer vs. some other custom UI).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It sounds like you want to wake up on a schedule and run some code.
