Hi fellows,

we would like to use the Review & Approve Workflows to approve our documents in share.
So far it looks like there is a "This document is part of the following workflows" property while the Workflow is
in progress. As soon as the Task is closed this status is no longer shown. How is this workflow supposed to be used?
It should leave some kind of trace that an approval process has been conducted. Am I wrong?

Our idea was to customize the workflow so that is places an "Approved" tag at the end to the process.
How could this be done and where is the workflow definition stored?

If you can think of a better way (than tags) to give a status to the document I would very appreciate your advice.

Thanks a lot in advance. Hope you can help.
