As soon as the Task is closed this status is no longer shown. How is this workflow supposed to be used?</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>It should leave some kind of trace that an approval process has been conducted. Am I wrong?</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Our idea was to customize the workflow so that is places an "Approved" tag at the end to the process.</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>How could this be done and where is the workflow definition stored?</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>If you can think of a better way (than tags) to give a status to the document I would very appreciate your advice.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Thanks a lot in advance.
