I am using Alfresco Enterprise Version 3.3.3 and Alfresco WebServices API for Java.After uploading a file more than 10MB, the file node appeared in the Alfresco, but the content is size 0. There is no any exception messages from console. Why is this occuring?

Is this a one off or are you able to (consistently) repeat the issue ? Since you're running Enterprise, if you haven't already done so, please also contact Alfresco Support.

Thanks Jan.

The issue is replicated as long as a file size more than 10MB and even worse under situation when uploading a file more than 100MB, there is not a node at all in the Alfresco Server.
