Hi,
I have confirmed this issue is fixed in ALF-COMMUNITY-3347 (06-Jan-2011) and this has now been pushed to the nightly download server - http://dev.alfresco.com/downloads/nightly/dist/

I have tested the build and can confirm that this issue is fixed.
