Try using code below.

WebServiceFactory.setEndpointAddress(alfrescoUrl);
AuthenticationUtils.startSession(alfrescoUsername, alfrescoPassword);
try {
   AdministrationServiceSoapBindingStub adminService = WebServiceFactory.getAdministrationService();
   // Rest of your code
} finally {
   AuthenticationUtils.endSession();
