This includes the implementation of rules / policies, which adjust the permissions / ownership, or actions that reassign ownership.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For a general use case as you indicate, you could define a content rule that does this for all content elements of type "fm&lt;img id="smileytongue" class="emoticon emoticon-smileytongue" src="https://connect.hyland.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.png" alt="Smiley Tongue" title="Smiley Tongue" /&gt;ost".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What we do in about 80% of customer projects is actually revoke ownership status for most of the business content after creation (comments and such excluded), as ownership and its privileges almost always interfere with role-based permission management which needs to be consistent, intuitive and easy to understand by users.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Axel&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
