I.m fairly sure there will be some. But alfresco doesnt provide them.   Actually there are scripts used for various purposes but the idea of providing a few scripts to measure performance ran out of steam. It was too simplistic.

2) Are there any JMeter scripts available to test REST & CMIS APIs of Alfresco?
Yes.   But I don't think alfresco publishes them.   Scripts are fairly trivial to write.

3) Is there any limit on adding Alfresco Nodes or Instances in a Cluster? (say MAX 7 nodes in a cluster).
For 4.2. Community = 1.   4.1 enterprise the number is in double digits. A 7 node alfresco server is an awesome beast it's very unlikely you need anything like that.

4) What should be the configuration for cluster environment, if I want 5000 Concurrent users?
It rather depends upon what those users are doing!

I still have query in the following questions.

For 4.2.a Community = 1. (We cannot configure cluster for this version because there are no jars of Ehcache & JGroups available.)

For 4.1 Enterprise the number is in Double Digits. A 7 node alfresco server is an awesome beast it's very unlikely you need anything like that.
(Can you provide exact figures if possible?)

It rather depends upon what those users are doing!
(My requirement is… there will be approx 5000 Concurrent users, who will be doing mostly READ operation.)

Alfresco Clustering has become an Enterprise Only feature.

So that's why community = 1.

Alfresco Enterprise 4.1 easily copes with 7 I'd start with 2.

Can you tell me, What is the difference between EHCache's implementation of "Replication using JGroups over TCP protocol" and Alfresco's implemenation for "EHCache Replication using JGroups over TCP protocol" ?
